My culture
Hi bloggers
Today I am telling you about My culture my culture is drum roll please yes if you guessed I am Samoan!!! yeah I love being Samoan because sometimes you can say things about your siblings and they don´t even know. It is funny because they don't even know that it is really funny.Plus another thing is if your Grandparents are Samoan you can talk to them in your language.
Thank you and That is the End
Tālofa Lava Emily,
ReplyDeleteMy name is Kueni, I am one of the blog commenters with the Summer Learning Journey and this summer I get the awesome opportunity to read and respond to your blog posts and all the other learners in the Ako Hiko cluster. I am very excited as this is my first year as a blog commenter, have you done the Summer Learning Journey before?
Thank you so much for sharing a little bit about your culture and where your family is from. I like that you talked about being able to speak to your grandparents in your language (Samoan) because that is so important to be able to communicate with your elders.
I am also Samoan, my family is from a village names Leulumoega which is on the island of Upolu. Do you know what village your family is from in Samoa? What are some of your favourite things about being Samoan? Is it the food? The language? I personally have never been to Samoa but a lot of my family has and I have only heard great things about Samoa, have you ever visited? I would love to learn more about your favourite things about your culture and some more aspects of your culture that are important to you and your family.
Blog soon, Tofā!
